The new Store Front

A Store front on a prime San Francisco pedestrian tourist area. A new Storefront gives more floor area and a better street presence.

Ceiling System

The Ceiling System that was installed is a USG suspended ceiling for drywall. It installs and  looks similar to a T bar ceiling, but is engineered for 5/8" Gyp. The added extra struts of 25 ga. 1 5/8" metals studs to increase stiffness. The ceiling affords a very true plane, avoids engineering, and installs quickly.
The demising wall is framed with 20 gauge 6" metal studs.

Interior Finishes

The walls and ceiling are level 5 drywall. The floor is a porcelain 12" x 24". The lights are Elko Track lights with PAR 30 LED bulbs. The Desk is a custom built unit and painted with white lacquer paint.

Cabinetry

A food and storage area is created with custom cabinets, a quartz counter and 10" SS pulls. The lower left doors conceal a small refrigerator.
