San Rafael Medical Center
Complete Tenant Improvement services were provided on this central San Rafael 2012 project. We designed the facility, provided the working drawings and the city permit approvals. The project included a complete ADA upgrade from the parking lot to the entry to the doors, corridors and of course the bathrooms. Other items included were energy efficient LED lights, sound attenuating walls, and some mill work.
